Nicholas Bonacci -

My own life journey included sobriety and recovery beginning at age 20, along with deeper healing through 12-step work, codependency recovery, and family trauma work. With that dedication to being open to multiple healing paths, it felt as though I was spiritually encouraged to explore teachers, therapists, and mentors who helped me grow in freedom, self-understanding, and purpose, and that journey eventually led me into the work of psychodrama.
Psychodrama has become one of the most meaningful expressions of that work because it invites people to step into the reality of their own lives. It demands honest self awareness. I fell right into the deeper truths of it.
It is a powerful expressive arts method that helped me explore the past, present, and future while becoming more grounded, spontaneous, and free in daily life. My background includes advanced training in psychodrama, trauma therapies, addiction counseling, experiential work, and healing prayer, and I seek to bring those together in a way that honors each person’s healing journey. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: I often grow fastest when I move toward deeper faith, stronger inner work grounded in the encounter with my unspoken truth, and a life rooted in the love of God, family, and meaningful connection. My hope is that all participants who come through CPTI get the benefit of solid and deep understandings on the spirituality of the method, and that they feel invited to a spiritual welcoming of their gifts in community.
